Absolutely! Simply send us your size change request to email@example.com. We recommend doing this before your renewal date to guarantee this will be reflected in the system in time for the next ship date.
If you think we've made a mistake and sent you the wrong size, reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package. Once our shipment team confirms we've made an error, we'll get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
For crates and mailers you will be billed at the time you place your order. If you subscribed before the cutoff date of the 15th, your next crate will be billed on the 1st of the following month. If you subscribed AFTER the cutoff date, you will not be re-billed on the 1st since you have already paid for that month's crate. Example: If you subscribe on May 3, your crate will ship May 18th, and you will be re-billed for the following crate on June 1st. If you subscribed on May 16th, you have missed the cutoff date for the May crate and your purchase was for the June crate so you will NOT be billed on June 1st and your crate will ship June 18th. The next bill date would be July 1st. All purchases including "Gift" purchases are auto renewing.
For Plug Shop purchases you are charged a single time when you place your order.
Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot issue partial refunds on 3, or 6 month subscriptions. Due to nature of body jewelry, we cannot accept returns. Cancellations should be placed prior to 1st of the month.
Absolutely! You're free to cancel your account at any point prior to your renewal date on all subscriptions. Please note we cannot issue partial refunds for pre-paid subscriptions. Cancelling a pre-paid subscription guarantees that it will not renew after your current pre-paid term is complete.
To cancel your account simply log in, and manage your subscription. Or if you'd prefer, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the title "Cancellation Request".

All Plug Crates and mailers are shipped out on the week of the 18th. All orders must be placed before the 15th to qualify for that months shipment. If your order is placed on or after the 15th you will receive your order the following month.
Plug Shop orders usually ship in 2-5 business days.
We ship all one time purchases internationally for a flat $4.99 fee. Please allow 2-6 weeks for international orders. We cannot be held responsible for any customs delays. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes associated with the shipment.
Unfortunately, we have no control over a package once it ships from our warehouse. If tracking shows that your order was delivered but nothing arrived, we recommend checking with family, neighbors or anyone else that may live at your residence. If these steps do not work make sure to contact your local post office.
